Guide : This part is one of the components of the connecting tools in the binding system and its main role is to provide a suitable seat for the spring and cell, and it is connected to the concrete traverse through bolts and nuts. The weight of each guide is equal to 170 grams.

Raw materials: The raw materials for the production of Guide Polyamide 6 or 6.6 are reinforced with 30% glass fibers. Pedoplasty: This part is used for stress distribution and damping of axial loads entering the traverse and rail isolation. The weight of each piece is approximately 161 grams.

Raw materials: ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), the percentage of vinyl acetate is between 6 and 60 percent. Dimensional control: based on MLASTD 105 D standard (normal inspection) and inspection level 1 and 2.5 AQL. Tensile strength: Tensile test was done according to ASTM-D 638 standard and according to this, at least 9 MPa and the increase in length is at least 25%. Hardness: according to ASTM-D 2240 standard, minimum SHORE D-32 and maximum SHORE D-47.

Fenerbahce (W 14): This part is one of the other components of the rail binding system, which is used to connect the rail to the concrete traverse, and its material is steel, and its approximate weight is 492-504 grams, and all the tests performed on this part are based on DIN 17221 (1.0970) SIV 38 standard is implemented.

The tensile strength is equivalent to 1370-11800 N/mm². The yield strength is equivalent to 1030 N/mm². The increase in length is equivalent to LOS 5 Do 6% and the hardness of the rail is 400-460.
