Alborz Industrial Group, as the largest manufacturer of telecommunication network products, after producing the first and second generation of PVC pipes (smooth, corrugated, and subduct), in line with the country\u2019s self-sufficiency and relying on the knowledge of its engineers and distinguished managers, has taken action to produce a new generation of passive telecommunication components.
\nThe third generation of telecommunication pipes, under the trade name polyethylene pipes with subduct (C.O.D), along with complete equipment and fittings, can serve as an excellent replacement for PVC, corrugated, and 3- and 4-hole subduct pipes in the country\u2019s infrastructure projects (IT\/CCTV, FTTX).
\nThe main pipe (cover) is designed in a corrugated form and is made of rigid polyethylene. The internal subducts, also made of polyethylene and available in various colors, are fused to the main pipe through the outer wall. The internal pipes (colored subducts) are designed in two types: 1. grooved, 2. non-grooved (smooth).<\/p>\n

The longitudinal grooves inside the subducts help contractors carry out cabling operations more easily, quickly, and with higher quality. Non-grooved subducts are also offered with a smoother surface compared to traditional 3- and 4-channel subducts.
\nToday, polyethylene corrugated pipe with subduct (C.O.D) is produced in size 110 with 3, 4, 5, 7, and 9 channels and is available for delivery.
\nIn addition, this product is available in size 90 as a 3-channel version or customized upon request.<\/p>\n

            The COD coil is mounted on it, and with its rotary movement, the coil unwinds smoothly and is laid in the trench with full integrity, remaining flat at the trench bottom. Without the use of the rewinder, the pipe may not be laid properly and may not achieve proper flow.<\/p>\n
