Polyethylene pipe size 40 / 10 bar

Technical Specifications:

• Available sizes: 40, 50, 63, 90, and 110 mm.

• Pipe material: High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE).

• Produced in light grey or black colors.

• Tensile strength N/mm 244 and elongation 500% according to ASTMDE-2447, GRADE P33, and ASTMD-1248 standards.

• Thickness tolerance: ±1 mm.

• Specific gravity: 0.941–0.965 (according to ASTM D-2447).

• Continuous pressure resistance: PSA210.

• Internal and external pipe surfaces are completely smooth, cylindrical, free of burrs, with a circular cross-section.

• Pipe connections are made using PE welding couplings.

• Other specifications and quality control tests in accordance with ASTM D-2447.

Storage Instructions for Polyethylene Products:

• PE pipe coils should be stored horizontally side by side and avoid stacking on top of each other.

• Keep coils away from direct sunlight, at suitable temperature, away from flammable materials, and avoid placing heavy objects on them.
